<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 stick Jimmy Dean sausage</li>
<li>1 1/2 c hashbrowns (frozen) or tator tots</li>
<li>3/4 c grated cheddar cheese</li>
<li>6 eggs</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions:</h3>
<p>Cook sausage in skillet until desired toastiness.</p>
<p>Combine sausage with hashbrowns, cheese, and eggs in caserole dish.</p>
<p>If the yellow mass of slop doesn&#8217;t look eggy enough, add more eggs and likewise if it doesn&#8217;t look cheesy enough.</p>
<p>Put into preheated 350-degree oven for one hour, or until it is toasty brown and the eggs have hardened.</p>
<p>Take out of oven and dig in and enjoy!</p>

<p>Big Bird would be proud!</p>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 lb lean ground hamburger</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>¼ c milk</li>
<li>½ t salt</li>
<li>½ t pepper</li>
<li>2 pieces bread, crumbs or</li>
<li>1 c crushed crackers</li>
<li>Ketchup</li>
</ul>
<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p>Combine above ingredients in a large bowl. Mash them together with hands until mixed. Mold goop into a loaf shape and place in a meatload pan. Generously apply ketchup all over the top of the wad of goop. Place meatload in a 350-degree oven for 1 ½ hours. Take out when done and dig in!</p>
<h3>Additional Notes:</h3>
<p>Goes great with a pound of buttery mash potatoes!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>What better way to treat your loved onces than a romantic dinner of decapitated calamari?</p>
<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>8 Squid</li>
<li>1/4 cup Olive oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup Chopped onion</li>
<li>2 Garlic cloves &#8212; chopped</li>
<li>1/2 Lemon &#8212; chopped</li>
<li>4 Bay leaves</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme &#8212; crushed</li>
<li>1 dash Paprika Salt &#8212; pepper</li>
<li>1 tablespoon Flour</li>
<li>4 cups Cooked rice Parsley sprigs (optional)</li>
<li>Lemon wedges (optional)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p>- Clean squid.</p>
<p>- Separate head from body, reserving legs and ink sac.</p>
<p>- Chop legs and reserve.</p>
<p>- Squeeze ink from sac over small bowl and reserve ink.</p>
<p>- Remove quill from body and peel off outer skin of squid.</p>
<p>- Set squid aside.</p>
<p>- Heat half of oil in large skillet over medium coals or on stovetop.</p>
<p>- Add onion, garlic, lemon, bay leaves, thyme and paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until onion is translucent.</p>
<p>- Mix ink with flour to make paste. Add chopped legs, half of onion mixture from pan and half of rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.</p>
<p>- Stuff squid with rice mixture and secure opening with wood picks. Heat remaining onion mixture in skillet. Place stuffed squid in pan and cook, turning often, until golden on all sides, about 10 minutes.</p>
<p>- Remove squid and bay leaves and spread remaining rice in layer in pan. Arrange squid over rice, cover and cook 10 minutes longer.</p>
<p>- Serve squid over rice and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.</p>

<p>Enriched Macaroni Product (Durum Wheat Flour, Wheat Flower, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1]<br />
Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid<br />
Cheese Saurce Mix (Whey, Granular and Cheddar Cheese [Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes],Whey Protein Concentrate,Salt,Sodium Tripolyphosphate,Citric Acid,Sodium Phosphate,Yellow 5,Yellow 6)</p>
<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p>For stove preparation:<br />
- BOIL 6 cups of water.  Stir in Macaroni.  Boil 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br />
- DRAIN.  DO not rinse.  Return to pan.<br />
- ADD 1/4 cup margarine, 1/4 cup milk and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.  Makes about 3 cups.</p>
<p>For microwave preparation:<br />
- POUR Macaroni nito 1 1/2 or 2 quart microwavable bowl.  Add 1 3/4 cups hot water.<br />
- MICROWAVE, uncovered, on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring every 3 minutes.  Continue as directed above.</p>
<p>Light Preparation: (65% less fat and 25% fewer calories than prepared regularly)<br />
- COOK and drain Macaroni as directed on package.<br />
- ADD 1 Tbsp. margarine, 1/4 cup skim milk and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.</p>
